Project Management

Precinct Land Consultants Project Management services supports you in achieving your project goals by using our engineering expertise to manage communications with Consulting Teams, and with all external stakeholders to the project and to make certain that the necessary applications, approvals, certifications etc. are on schedule to be delivered. Engineering Design

At Precinct, we believe that engineering design standards is of paramount importance. We recognise that engineering design standards in the industry are regulated by design guidelines, with limited deviation. Therefore, with our stringent Quality Assurance processes, we can produce engineering design plans that are of a premium quality. Construction Administration

Our Construction Administration (CA) team can support your development journey. We manage the tender process and negotiations, whether to a select group of experienced Contractors or public Tenders where required by Water Authorities or Melbourne Water. We act as superintendent for contracts under AS 2124 or AS4000 and manage progress claims and site meetings to ensure programs are met and projects are delivered in a timely manner. We provide audit services as well as Progress Reports for Bank Funding. We also manage the Statement of Compliance Process and provide regular updates that are especially important at that business end of a project.
